Promotion and implementation of gender equality principles, strategic approach to the admission of women to the police, education, training and career development, and promotion of work results of RS MoI members.
About us
WPON believes in a positive impact of women in police
National women police personnel associations collaborating through WPON to improve the status of women in police services and ensure security for women in the region. Active participation in creating a gender-equal police organization where women can exploit their potential, and instituting a system of preventive measures to fight gender-based violence and protect vulnerable groups with a particular focus on women and children.

The project "Domestic Violence - Education of Police Officers-Managers"
The project “Domestic Violence – Education of Police Officers-Managers” was implemented from June 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017 for police officers of all Police Administrations in the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior.

RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON was officially registered as a citizens’ association in September 2011 with the Basic Court in Banja Luka thus being the first association of this type in SEE region.
