Seminar “European Network of Policewomen on Career Development”
From October 14 to 18, 2013 a representative of the RS MoI and RS MoI Women Network attended a seminar “The European Network of Policewomen on Career Development”, organized by the European Network of Policewomen – ENP and the Austrian Ministry of the Interior, which was held in Vienna, Austria.
The four-day seminar covered the topics related to values and needs in one’s career, present challenges, possible barriers and ways to overcome them. Various panel discussions were organized and different questionnaires were filled out among the participants during the seminar in order for them to get to know themselves as individuals and to identify their qualities. The seminar tackled the exchange of police experiences and activities, as well as best practices on networking police women as a part of a certain policy.
