On April 18 and 19, 2018 a representative of the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON was a trainer at the training “Enhancing Cooperation and Sharing Experience in Domestic Violence Cases” held at Kardial hotel in Teslic for representatives of police, courts and prosecutor’s offices in the Republic of Srpska, organized by OSCE Mission to BiH and Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Republic of Srpska.

From January 18 to 23, 2015, representatives of RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON participated at the training “Professional Development of Women Police Officers”, held in Sarasota, Florida, USA. The training was organized by the Center for Police Leadership and Training which is a part of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
The five-day training was designed to provide women police officers with guidelines for further professional development through theoretical and practical work. A panel discussion on leadership was held within the training, too.
In addition, the training was an opportunity to get in touch with US police representatives and to exchange positive experience and practice regarding the professional development of women police officers.

On October 22 and 23, 2012, in East Sarajevo, a representative of the Association “RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON” participated as a trainer at the training for professionals – subjects of protection, organized by the Association “Women to Women” in partnership with the Gender Equality Commission of Eastern Ilidža Municipality and in cooperation with the Republic of Srpska Gender Center and the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior Women Network.
The training was organized as a part of a project aimed at significant improvement of the quality of life of women victims of both domestic and other forms of gender-based violence.

On May 8 and 9, 2012, UNDP / SEESAC, DCAF, Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia and SEPCA (Southeast Europe Police Chiefs Association) organized advocacy training for WPON Council members. The training was organized in Zlatibor, Republic of Serbia. The main objective of this workshop was to strengthen the capacity of Council members to promote gender equality within their police services.
The training was attended by two representatives of the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON.
