On December 8 and 9, 2017 the Association „RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON“ with the support of Trag Foundation from Belgrade held a two-day seminar in Banja Luka for the members of the Association. The aim of the seminar was to self-assess the Association’s capacity, identify future capacity-building priorities and support further organizational development of the Association “RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON”.

U vremenskom periodu od 24-25.10.2016. godine predstavnica Udruženja „Mreža žena MUP RS – RS WPON“ učestvovala je u na konferenciji „Žene u policiji – značaj umrežavanja“ koja je u organizaciji Misije OSCE u Srbiji i Švedske policije u Srbiji organizovana u Beogradu, Republika Srbija.
Predstavnica Udruženja „Mreža žena MUP RS – RS WPON“ održala je prezentaciju o aktivnostima i realizovanim projektima Mreže žena MUP RS.

On October 24 and 25, 2016 a representative of the Association “RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON“ took part at the conference “Women in Police – The Importance of Networking”, held and organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and the Swedish Police in Serbia in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
A representative of the RS MoI Women Network presented what projects have been implemented and results achieved in the RS MoI Women Network.
Representatives of women police officers associations of the United Kingdom, Germany, Estonia, Sweden, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as representatives of the International Association of Women Police and the Regional Baltic-Nordic Network presented their experiences on women police officers networking.

On April 7 and 8, 2016 a representative of the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON participated at a workshop entitled “Introducing Gender Agenda in Serbian MoI 2016-2018“ where she gave a presentation on the RS MoI Woman Network – RS WPON. The workshop was held in Belgrade and organized by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia and the Police of Sweden in Serbia. The workshop was held for the members of the Implementation Team made up of the Republic of Serbia MoI representatives for the Project “Introducing Gender Agenda in Serbian MoI 2016-2018“.
In addition to the members of the Implementation Team, the workshop was attended by the Assistant Director for Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Professional Development and other Police Affairs of the Serbian MoI.
At the workshop a representative of the RS MoI gave a presentation about the activities of the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON and projects implemented by the Network with the support of local and international organizations.
The workshop was also attended by the representatives of women police officers networks from BiH and Croatia (Ministry of Internal Affairs), who also gave presentations on their experiences respectively.
The aim of the given presentations was to provide support to the establishment of the Association / Network of Women Police Officers of the Republic of Serbia, whose purpose would be hearing the voice of MoI women employees and influencing the decision making processes and police affairs in general in the Ministry.

From October 26 to 29, 2015, a representative of the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON participated at the Regional Conference on Effective Programming for Preventing and Combating Sexual and Gender-Based Violence held in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. The conference was organized by UNDP / SEESAC.
A representative of the Republic of Srpska MoI gave a presentation on the activities that the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON has been carrying out in order to prevent and combat sexual and gender-based violence and the projects that have been implemented by the RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON with the support of UNDP / SEESAC, UNDP BiH, US Embassy in BiH, Norwegian Embassy in BiH, BiH Agency for Gender Equality, UN WOMEN and other organizations.
Besides the representatives of the RS MoI – RS MoI Women Network/RS WPON and Federal Police Administration – Woman Police Officer Network in BiH, the regional conference was attended by the representatives of the following countries: Albania, Armenia, BiH, Croatia, Montenegro, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo*, Serbia, Tajikistan, Macedonia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, as well as the following international organizations: OSCE, UN, Norwegian Embassy to Serbia, Swedish Embassy to Serbia, Dutch Embassy to Serbia, European Union Delegation, independent experts, UN WOMEN and UNDP.

From December 3 to 5 2013, the 4th Annual SEE Women Police Officer Network Meeting was held in Belgrade, Serbia, having at the agenda the following objectives:
- to facilitate the information exchange among WPON members on the activities carried out by police services and women police officer associations during 2013;
- to evaluate the three-year-long WPON work and evaluate its impacts;
- to discuss future WPON activities;
- to elect 2014 WPON Executive Board.
The fourth annual WPON meeting was attended by 15 WPON Council members from the Ministries of Interior / Police Services of Albania, BiH Federation, BiH-the Republic of Srpska (RS), Bulgaria, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro and Serbia.
WPON members presented the most important activities that took place in the police services or local women police officer associations with a view of promoting gender equality in policing. The goal of the meeting was to facilitate the exchange of information and lessons learned, as well as to learn from the experience of others.
